Where a page shows a real photograph or microscope image of a specific subject, such as an organism, a tumor under the microscope or a place, it comes from a public-domain or CC0 source and is credited here. 189 images are listed. Public domain and CC0 images may be reused without asking; we credit them anyway so you can check where each one came from. See also how we create content.
